Sydney-born Ashleigh starred as Allison in Cry-Baby (Hayes Theatre Co/LPD) for which she was awarded Best Female Actor at the Sydney Theatre Awards. A graduate of WAAPA, Ashleigh has appeared in Anything Goes and My Fair Lady (GFO/OA), Funny Girl (SSO), and The Sound of Music (GFO) in which she understudied and performed the role of Maria. 
 
A Talent Development Project alumni, Ashleigh made her New York City debut as a recipient of the Bound for Broadway Scholarship, returning to the USA the following year to headline a televised concert for ASCAP's Broadway Tomorrow series at the Kennedy Centre in Washington, DC.
 
Most recently, Ashleigh toured with Muriel’s Wedding: The Musical (Global Creatures) as the understudy for Muriel Heslop.
