La Vie’s indulgent High Cheese celebrates cheese in all its forms with a flaming twist.
Make your way down a four-tier stand of decadent cheese combinations. At the top, a dramatic Grand Marnier flambé of Barossa Valley Camembert with caramelised apple, maple-glazed bacon and pecan. A selection of the finest cheeses follow, with quince paste, pickles and fresh grapes. Prosciutto & cream tartlets, coppa & olive, crumbled jalapeño cheese sticks with tomato chutney and caprese skewers showcase the delicious versatility of cheese. A Basque cheesecake and passionfruit crème brûlée complete the stand.

A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays. A 15% surcharge applies on all Public Holidays (one surcharge fee of 15% applies if Public Holiday falls on a Sunday).
