Your valuable feedback is important to us, be it a kind compliment, a thoughtful suggestion, or complaint. If there's ever a time when you find yourself dissatisfied, or perhaps something we may have overlooked, we encourage you to share your thoughts with us.
We commit to ensuring any complaint received is:
- Managed and responded to in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Investigated sensitively.
- Recorded in the Crown’s relevant Complaints Management System.
- Managed and resolved in accordance with all applicable requirements.
Complaints will be acknowledged as soon as practicable (but no more than 3 business days) and we will endeavor to resolve complaints within 30 days of receipt.
In the management and resolution of guests’ complaints, Crown will comply with relevant legal obligations, including protecting our guests’ privacy.
