Served in short glass, the Saigon Pear is a harmonious blend of flavours that pays homage to traditional Japanese ingredients while infusing them with contemporary flair. Clarified Mango Colada

Emerald Kiwi Sour

Inspired by the 1939 hit of the same name by Alvaro Hernández Ortiz, the La Bamba cocktail is a tribute to the spirited Mexican folk song. It’s a lively concoction that captures the song's rhythm and energy. The base of this drink is the bold and smoky flavours of charred corn. Geraldton beeswax-infused Don Julio Blanco adds smoothness, and the Maggie Beer Verjuice brings a touch of tartness, playing the role of the lively trumpets in the song. Coriander syrup ties it all together, adding a fresh herbal note that dances with the other ingredients. Lastly, a tomato and aperol foam acting as the crescendo as a finish.

Blueberry Harmony
Nothing beats a Louis Armstrong tribute - except perhaps, this drink in his honour. Raise a glass to Louis’ timeless melodies by sipping on a clever combination of Ketel One Citroen, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, and lingering notes of blueberry cordial.
