Q. I’m not a Crown Rewards Member, how can I redeem the Birthday Offers?
A. To redeem the Birthday Offers, you must be a Crown Rewards Member who resides in Western Australia. You can join Crown Rewards by visiting any Crown Rewards desk at Crown Perth to sign up. The Birthday Offers will be available for you to redeem 48 hours after you become a Crown Rewards Member.
Membership is subject to Crown Rewards Rules, click here. Patrons must be 18 years or over and not prohibited from entering the Casino or Crown Entertainment Complex for any reason.
Q. When can I redeem these offers?
A. You can redeem your Birthday Offers during your birth month. From the first to the last day of your birth month as noted in the Crown Rewards database. For example: In 2024, if a Member’s birth month is March, the offer will be available from Friday 1 March to Sunday 31 March 2024.
Q. Can I book any of my Birthday Offers (hotel or dining) before my birthday month?
A. You can book six months prior to your birth month; however, the offers can only be redeemed during your birth month.
Q. How many times can I use my Birthday Offers during my birth month?
A. Your exclusive birthday offers are only available once a year. The dining discount is only available for one transaction.
The hotel discount forms part of your Crown Rewards Membership Benefits, which are available all year round. However, the additions of a bottle of sparkling, Valet parking and a buffet breakfast for two on the first morning of your stay, is only available to redeem once during your birth month.

Q. What does my birthday hotel offer include?
A. Crown Rewards Members are entitled to receive the below birthday offer inclusions with the relevant hotel bookings made at Crown Promenade Perth, Crown Metropol Perth, and Crown Towers Perth.
- Bottle of house sparkling wine on arrival to the relevant hotel room,
- 12pm late check-out,
- Buffet breakfast for two guests on the first morning of the relevant stay,
- Valet parking for one vehicle.
The buffet breakfast will be available in the below outlets, depending on which hotel you have booked into:
- Crown Promenade :Market & Co
- Crown Metropol :Atrium Buffet
- Crown Towers : Epicurean
Conditions apply. A bottle of house sparkling wine is only available for the first day of the relevant hotel booking. Accommodation is subject to availability and advance bookings are required. Some blackout periods or limited availability may apply to special event periods and public holidays.

Q. What discounts am I eligible for as my birthday offer?
A. Crown Rewards Members are entitled to a dining discount based on their Crown Rewards Membership Tier during their birth month.
Black & Platinum Members: | 20% |
Gold Tier Members: | 15% |
Member & Silver Members: | 10% |
Note: Bookings can be made before the offer period (birth month) however, the offer can only be redeemed during the birth month.
Q. Which restaurants can I use my Birthday discount in?
A. The discount is applicable for one transaction only, when you dine at one of the following participating restaurants at Crown Perth; Silks, Modo Mio, Atrium Buffet, Epicurean, Bistro Guillaume and Nobu.
Q. Does the discount have any other limitations?
A. The total discount will be capped at a maximum of $1,000 off the total bill.

Q. Where can I book a Hotel stay redeeming the Birthday Offer?
A. You can only redeem the Hotel Birthday Offer via the Birthday Reservations Team. You can speak to a representative on 1800 88 99 88 between 7am and 6pm (WST), Monday to Friday.
Q. How many times can I use this offer?
A. You can only use the Hotel Birthday Offer once each birthday (birth month). A new offer period will commence for the next calendar year, unless otherwise stated by Crown Perth.
Q. Can I use the Hotel offer for more than one night?
A. Yes, during your offer period, you can stay for multiple nights on one booking only.
Q. I’ve booked a Hotel stay through a third party, can I still receive the Birthday Offer?
A. Only stays booked via the Birthday Reservations Team are eligible for the Hotel Birthday Offer. You can speak to a representative on 1800 88 99 88 between 7am and 6pm (WST), Monday to Friday.

Q. How early do I need to book?
A. The Birthdays Reservations Team can only take bookings for stays up to six months in advance. You can book your stay as early as it suits you during this time. Note, blackout periods or limited availability may apply to special event periods and public holidays. The offer is subject to availability.
Q. Is the offer available on all room types?
A. Yes, the Hotel offer is available on all room types at all Crown Perth Hotels.
