Conditions of Entry

Conditions of Entry apply to all ticket holders and guests attending events at Crown Theatre. It is a condition of each ticket that at the time of attending Crown Perth for the event, each ticket holder must comply with the Western Australian Government’s directions and public health orders and Crown’s policies and procedures applicable at the time of entry. Unless otherwise required by law, refunds for tickets will not be provided as a result of changes to condition of entry.

Age Recommendation

Death of a Salesman is recommended for ages 15 years and up. 

All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied and seated alongside an adult from the same ticket transaction

The producers cannot guarantee the appearance of any particular artist at any performance. No refunds or exchanges will be offered as a result of an artist’s unavailability to perform at any performance.

How long is the performance?

Death of a Salesman runs for approximately 3 hours and includes a 20 minute interval. 

Is there a lockout policy for this performance?

Yes, we recommend being seated before the time on your ticket as latecomers may not be admitted until interval or may be seated in alternate locations to avoid disruption.

What does restricted view mean?

You may be unable to see the entire performance from the specified seat. Some elements of the production may be obstructed due to the position of the seat on the extreme sides of the auditorium.

Where can I find accessibility information?

Wheelchair and attendant seating can be purchased online via Ticketmaster, wheelchair suitable areas are indicated on the interactive map with the use of the wheelchair symbol.

Patrons that require companion card or have other accessible requirements can follow the steps here. Companion cards tickets are only available for collection from the box office and will be issued upon presentation of the valid companion card. Companion cards must be identified at time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.
