Conditions of Entry

Conditions of Entry apply to all ticket holders and guests attending events at Crown Theatre. It is a condition of each ticket that at the time of attending Crown Perth for the event, each ticket holder must comply with the Western Australian Government’s directions and public health orders and Crown’s policies and procedures applicable at the time of entry. Unless otherwise required by law, refunds for tickets will not be provided as a result of changes to condition of entry.

Casting notice

The producers cannot guarantee the appearance of any particular artist at any performance. No refunds or exchanges will be offered as a result of an artist’s unavailability to perform at any performance.

Latecomers policy

Patrons arriving late will not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may not be seated in their ticketed seat, but in an alternate area nearer an entrance where minimal disruption will be caused to seated attendees. This is at the discretion of the venue staff.

Production notice

Please note that the production contains loud noises, flashing lights, smoke effects and strobe lighting. Photography, video and sound recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance.

Age recommendation

This show is recommended for ages 10 and up. All person under the of 16 years must be accompanied and sat next to the accompanying adult.

Children's policy

Infants under the age of 2 years are admitted free, but must be seated on the carer's lap for the duration of the performance. Babes in arms tickets are available from the box office of ushers on the day of the performance.

In the event of your infant causing a disturbance, we ask that you temporarily remove the infant from the auditorium until they are settled.
