Modo Mio’s Regional Dinner Series returns for 2025. Embark on a self-guided culinary journey through the most iconic settings of Italy.

Experience a tantalizing voyage across four intimate evenings, exploring the flavour profiles and cooking mastery synonymous with the famed regions of Lazio, Puglia, Tuscany and Emilia. Each four-course menu has been carefully curated to showcase the best flavours the region has to offer. 

We invite you on a flavoursome tour around the regions of Italy this season. 

Terms & conditions

Modo Mio’s Regional Dinners are an 18+ event. Price of each event is $125 per person (food only), $190 per person (beverage pairing). Bookings are essential and subject to availability. No prepayment required. Not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Crown practices the responsible service of alcohol. Menu, wines and dates subject to change. Dietary requirements can be accommodated with advanced notice. Guests attending the Regional Dinner Series must not be barred from entering Crown Perth, Crown Sydney or Crown Melbourne for any reason. Images are for illustration purposes only.

Chef de Cuisine, Antonino Badagliacca

Chef de Cuisine Antonino brings a vibrant and modern flair to Modo Mio. Commencing as the Senior Chef de Partie, working his way to the incredible position he now holds. Italian-born, he grew up in Oleggio, a small city in Piedmont rich in historical and artistic heritage.

Antonino has now been in Australia for a decade, moving here after hearing it referred to as ‘wonderland’. He decided to call Perth home after a series of travels and tasting the cuisines of the world. Antonino is impressed by the stunning produce that the nation has to offer and is excited to continue fusing it in with his rustic Italian cuisine.
