How to use your Crown Metropol Pool Pass

How do I receive a Pool Pass?

Simply enjoy a High Tea at Lobby Lounge, TWR, La Vie or Silks Thursday 23 January until Sunday 6 April 2025, excluding 27 January, 14 February, 3 March and School Holidays from 12 to 27 April 2025.

Can I book my Pool Pass when making my High Tea reservation?

You will need to book your Pool Pass separately to your High Tea reservation. 

On which dates can I use my Pool Pass?

Pool Pass is redeemable for one person, once, Monday to Thursday between 5 February and 8 May 2025, excluding 3 March and School Holidays from 12 to 27 April 2025. 

Can I use my Pool Pass before dining for High Tea?

You must dine and pay for your High Tea before receiving, and being able to redeem, your Crown Metropol Pool Pass.

Can I book my Pool Pass when making my High Tea reservation?

You will need to book your Pool Pass separately to your High Tea reservation. 

Can I use my Pool Pass on a day other than when dining for High Tea?

Yes, you can return on another day to use your Crown Metropol Pool Pass, after you have dined and paid for your High Tea, provided that you use your Pool Pass within the eligible dates. Just remember to plan ahead and make a booking to use your Crown Metropol Pool Pass.

Do I need to pre-book my Pool Pass?

Yes, bookings are essential and are subject to availability. Pool Pass bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Walks-ins at Crown Metropol pool will not be accepted.

Do I need to bring my Pool Pass with me on the day of my Pool Pass booking?

Yes, you will only be granted access to the Crown Metropol pool upon presentation of your Crown Metropol Pool Pass which you will receive after you have dined and paid for the High Tea.

What time can I access the Crown Metropol Pool with my Pool Pass?

Your Pool Pass allows access to the Crown Metropol Pool from 10am - 4pm on available days.

Can I bring my child with me?

Yes, Crown Metropol Pool Pass holders are welcome to bring their children, to a maximum of 4 children per adult. Children 0 – 12 months are complimentary, 1 – 12 years are $25 per child, payable on entry. Children 13 years and older are only permitted with their own Crown Metropol Pool Pass obtained from the purchase of a High Tea. Children under 18 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 

How many people are allowed access with a Pool Pass?

One Crown Metropol Pool Pass allows access for one person (and up to 4 children subject to the conditions below).

What if I have to cancel my Pool Pass booking?

Credit card details are required to secure your Pool Pass reservation. No charges will be processed on your card at the time of booking. A 24 hour cancellation policy applies. Should you wish to cancel or make changes, please contact Crown Perth at least 24 hours prior to your reservation or click modify/ cancel reservation in your email confirmation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be charged $20 per person booked. Non-arrivals will incur a charge of $20 per person booked.

  • High Tea with Pool Pass is available at Lobby Lounge, TWR, Silks and La Vie.
  • Selected menu items only, menus subject to change.
  • Subject to individual venue opening hours.
  • Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
  • Restricted to groups of 12 or less.

Pool Pass Terms & Redemption Process

  • Offer Period: If you dine between Thursday 23 January until Sunday 6 April 2025, Pool Pass is redeemable for one person, once, Monday to Thursday between 5 February and 8 May 2025, excluding 3 March and School Holidays from 12 to 27 April 2025. 
  • Advance bookings are required and are subject to availability.
  • Walk-ins will not be accepted. Please book here.
  • Pool pass cancellation policy applies. Credit card details are required to secure your Pool Pass reservation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be charged $20 per person booked. Non-arrivals will incur a charge of $20 per person booked.
  • Pool Pass not valid Friday to Sunday, 3 March, and School Holidays from 12 to 27 April 2025. 
  • Pool Pass must be presented and surrendered upon arrival to gain access.
  • Pool Pass entitles entry for one guest only to the Crown Metropol Pool on the day of booking.
  • Guest can only redeem the Pool Pass only once they have dined and paid for the High Tea and have received the Pool Pass from the venue they have dined in.
  • Separate pool terms of entry apply.
  • For children 12 years and under, refer to Children Pool Pass Access below.
  • No external food or beverages permitted.

Children Pool Pass Access

Crown Metropol Pool Pass holders (over 18 years old) are welcome to bring their children, maximum of 4 children per adult. Children’s Pricing Guide:

  • 0 – 12 months | Complimentary
  • 1 – 12 years | $25 per child, payable on entry
  • 13 years and older | Only permitted with their own Crown Metropol Pool Pass obtained from the purchase of a High Tea.
  • Children under 18 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
