The final destination in Modo Mio’s Regional Dinner series is Emilia-Romanga, situated centrally in the north of Italy. Perhaps more famous than the breathtaking medieval cities and brightly-coloured Byzantine mosaics is the region’s storied gastronomy. Emilia Romagna is considered Italy’s gastronomic epicentre, having gifted the world some of its finest culinary treasures, including Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese and aged balsamic vinegar of Modena. It is also the birthplace of tortellini, piadina and Bolognese sauce. Emilia-Romanga’s cuisine is known for being indulgent in all the best ways, full of hearty flavours.

Journey through Emilia-Romagna with Modo Mio. Begin with Gnocco Fritto with Culatello and Erbazzone Emiliano, a Wild Mixed Herbs & Greens Pie with Parmigiano Fondue. The Primi course showcases the region’s famed pasta with a Tortellini Classici, filled with Proscuitto & Mortadella, and Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, showcasing the region’s namesake sauce. The Secondi course features of Brodetto di Merluzzo Alla Comacchiese and Rosa di Parma served with Marinated Artichokes and Lambrusco Jus. To complete the meal, Dolci is a Torta Tenerina al Cioccolato with Amaretti Crumb and Vanilla Ice Cream.

The final installment of Modo Mio’s Regional Dinner series, Emilia-Romagna, is not to be missed – secure your table now.
